To create and maintain a culture of worship that is consistent with Biblical truths. While developing a worship experience on Sunday mornings within the main worship service is the priority, the worship pastor will also work with individuals within the kids and student ministry to develop live worship within those environments. The creative elements (i.e.: video, etc.) used to amplify the worship experience are also encouraged. Along with developing worship teams and musicians, the worship pastor is also expected to assist in shepherding, discipling, and evangelizing.
