The Workforce Development Team has an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator who will work jointly across the Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) and HR Management Information (HRMI) teams.

Workforce Development is situated within the Human Resources department and as well as HRMI and Learning & Organisational Development, the team covers Academic Probation/Promotion and Reward. This is a great opportunity for those who are interested in gaining exposure to different aspects of Human Resources.

About the role

You will provide key administrative support, manage processes and support events. You will also be responsible for managing mailboxes and responding to queries and requests.

The role includes preparation of data sets, creation of reports and dashboards and supporting system updates on the HR system (iTrent).

You are

  • confident with good customer service, communication skills and attention to detail
  • keen to work collaboratively in a friendly, supportive and busy team.
  • An ability to organise your work and prioritise tasks, including those with conflicting deadlines is essential. You will also have good IT skills and an ability to learn to manipulate data for other uses.
