About this Role

The Vice President of Product Management Platform Services you will be responsible for realizing the overall portfolio of services that can be leveraged across Epsilon's MarTech and AdTech platforms. This is an incredible opportunity to define the future of Epsilon's solutions, as this role will have broad responsibility working with leaders across the entire company to include engineering, customer support, delivery and product to either enhance existing (i.e. Personalization, Onboarding, etc.) or define future services to realize the full potential of Epsilon PeopleCloud suite of products by bringing to market services that meet the needs of our clients.

In this role your experience with personalization, identity, onboarding, content creation or other services leveraged by a MarTech and AdTech stack will be the building blocks necessary to be the Product leader for the organization. While you will not hold P&L responsibility in this role, your role will be that of a critical partner to the other Product Management leaders executing on the right shared services at the right time to allow them to achieve business performance of their products. Success in this role will be measured on revenue growth of Epsilon products and through timely and efficient execution of product services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Establish, drive, and evolve the strategic direction for Epsilon's People Cloud platform services from a product /business perspective, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes as we mature the platform to more complete SaaS (Software as a Service) platform.
  • Work in partnership with Product Leadership on the realization of the right services and functionality that allows for product growth of the Epsilon suite of products, leveraging your experience as well as business conditions to make the right prioritization and execution decisions.
  • Ability to apply quantitative skills with a proven ability to leverage data and actionable insights to guide decision making and steer high level product/services strategy
  • Able to appropriately translate complex, technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences at all levels across the business
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of talented product managers
  • Recruit and hire equally exceptional talent
  • Be a knowledgeable and reliable technical product partner with leaders across the entire company including, but not limited to product, sales, engineering, customer support, and product to create seamless, cohesive services that deliver business impact
  • Continually improve and iterate upon Epsilon's approach to product development
  • Enable high-quality, timely execution in a fast-paced, iterative, fluid environment
  • Establishing data-driven prioritization, strategy recommendations and decisions.
  • Managing multiple services projects simultaneously.
  • Ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Proficient in the development of technical and competitive assessments and positioning as well as Services planning and roadmap definition for services such as Personalization, Real Time Interaction (RTI), Audience Creation, Data Onboarding, Identity, etc.
  • Deep understanding of online and offline data collection, data onboarding, data management platforms, loyalty, email or other MarTech platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal) that shepherd stakeholders along and share your ideas and decisions with focus and brevity
  • Seasoned organizational design thinking on how to best structure a cross- functional product development group
  • Elevated level of business maturity to represent the company in partnerships and / or client discussions
  • Excellent management experience to scale a team & drive direct impact on the business
  • 15+ years of successive experience with 10+ years' Product Management experience working within the MarTech and AdTech ecosystem.
  • BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
