C3 AI is hiring a Vice President of Investor Relations located at our Redwood City, California office. In this role, you will strategically position the company with various analysts and investors and manage relationships with other related stakeholders. You will build a roadmap and frequently communicate with the investment community as the primary point of contact. You will engage current shareholders, regularly monitor the market, and identify potential new opportunities. This will initially be an individual contributor role and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Build an objectives-based investment relations roadmap and execute accordingly

Manage C3 AI's participation in investment relations events and other investor community interactions

Respond to shareholder requests and provide appropriate information regarding the Company's operating results and other publicly communicated releases

Proactively assess and monitor investment markets to determine the appropriate strategy or response

Maintain relationships with institutional investors sell-side analysts to provide organizational perspective

Partner with C3 AI's leadership team to develop messages in the preparation and review of all company filings (annual reports, proxy statements, and press releases)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred

10+ years of work experience conducting investor relations for an enterprise software (SaaS) company

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional financial literacy expertise including an understanding of financial statements, accounting, and operating metrics

Ability to demonstrate a track record of building and maintaining relations with the investor relations community
