Vice President, Human Resources

Job Description

As the Vice President of HR Business Partner for the GTM team, you will play a critical role in aligning Global HR strategies with business outcomes. The leadership position requires someone that is a builder, likes to innovate and execute. A proven track record in driving organizational success through transformation while building a culture and creating followership is required.

  • Strategics alignment: Collaborate with 3 executives to understand business goals and develop and execute Global HR strategies that align and support the organizations overall strategic direction.
  • Culture Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive culture by implementing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Talent Management: Drive organization effectiveness and evolution through talent strategies. Succession plans, performance management, leadership development, retention strategies, bench building, workforce strategies.
  • Change Management: Be a change agent. Lead change efforts, providing guidance, support, and leadership.
  • Metrics: Utilize data driven insights to assess HR effectiveness, identify trends, and make informed data driven recommendations and decisions.
  • Collaboration: Effectively communicate HR strategies, initiatives, and policies to all levels of the organizations, promoting transparency and understanding.
  • Leader: Be a servant leader.
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of diversified HR experience, preferably in a professional services environment, including but not limited to the following HR disciplines: Employee Relations, Recruiting, OD/OE, Performance Management, Change management, Compensation etc.; minimum of 5 years in a strategic senior HR Management role.
