Role Overview:

Fisker Inc. is looking for a passionate Specialist, Vehicle Administration to join our growing team based in Zurich, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure that customers will experience a seamless registration and titling experience in Switzerland.

Specialist, Vehicle Administration:

  • We are looking for a passionate specialist in vehicle administration to join our growing team in Zurich.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients experience a smooth registration and approval experience in Switzerland ensuring a smooth customer experience (incl. knowledge of current rules and regulations) when registering, taxing, and applying for subsidies and insurance in Switzerland.

  • You will be in constant contact with sales, logistics and order fulfillment, as well as other key internal stakeholders, to ensure that all required documents for the purchase or lease of a vehicle are complete and correct.

  • Interaction with customers, authorities and third parties to prioritize and resolve approval and registration issues as well as handling, management of day-to-day operations and processing of registrations in connection with the sale as well as for the internal Fisker fleet in Switzerland.

  • Management of Fisker's internal fleet / fleet management in close cooperation with automotive technicians, event management, key account management and logistics and to perform administrative tasks, such as data maintenance, archiving, and other tasks associated with this position.

  • Qualification / Knowledge / Experience:

  • Commercial training or bachelor's degree with a focus on the automotive sector with Several years of professional experience in vehicle administration, in transport in the automotive industry, or in the scheduling/back office of a car dealership.

  • Experience with vehicle registration in Switzerland ,excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English and German, other European languages are an advantage.

  • Experience with IT systems and knowledge in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and customer data systems with advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Good organization, strong attention to detail, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

  • Responsibilities

  • Safeguard a seamless customer experience (incl. knowledge on current rules & regulations) for registration, taxation, subsidy claims, and insurance in Switzerland.

  • Coordinate with the Sales, Delivery & Order Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure all required data relating to the vehicle purchase or lease are complete and accurate.

  • Interact with customers, regulatory agencies & third parties to prioritize and resolve titling & registration issues.

  • Administer the daily operations & process registrations related to sales, as well as for the internal fleet of vehicles for Fisker in Switzerland.

  • Management of the fleet in close cooperation with the vehicle technicians, event management, key account management and logistics.

  • Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with this position.

  • Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:

  • Commercial education or bachelor's degree with a focus on the Automotive Sector with prior work experience (1-4 years) in a vehicle administration, transportation, or dealership function within the automotive industry.

  • Experience with vehicle title and registration processes in Switzerland.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English, and other European languages are a plus.

  • IT systems experience and knowledge on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as well as customer data systems, advanced Excel skills along with good utilization of MS Office.

  • Well organized, strong attention to detail, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a proactive mindset.
