The purpose of the Scholarship is to support a diverse cohort of Tyree Scholars at Masters level that will provide a talent pipeline to an emerging nuclear industry in Australia. The scholarship will support students undertaking studies at the Masters level in the nuclear engineering program at UNSW.
This scholarship pays the full tuition fees (excluding SSAF) for a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) in the Master of Engineering Science (8338) in the Nuclear Engineering specialisation. The scholarship will be paid directly towards tuition fees for the minimum duration of program.
Note:The $8,000 value is indicative only.- Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident (including Humanitarian Visa Holders) or New Zealand Citizen
- Be eligible for a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP)
- Must have received an offer of admission into the Master of Engineering Science (8338) in the Nuclear Engineering specialisation for Term 1 2024
A separate scholarship application for this Scholarship is not required.
Eligible applicants will be assessed on the basis of:
- Academic Merit
UNSW reserves the right not to award a scholarship, where there is no applicant of sufficient merit, or if the applicant does not meet the scholarship eligibility and/or selection criteria.
