On-site: This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis

The Role:

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for training and onboarding new team members as we grow. You will develop training strategy, analyze data to identify areas for improvement and ensure successful implementation of high-impact learning solutions. You are a catalyst to successfully onboard new Team Members with dynamic learning solutions, ultimately leading to improved business results.

What You'll Do: Drive development of engaging training solutions to impact business performance among other responsibilities listed below:

  • Build positive relationships, working closely with internal partners
  • Map out short- and long-term strategic training objectives
  • Translate business priorities into effective learning solutions, looking for opportunities for continuously improvement
  • Collaborate with business partners and internal partners to design, develop, deliver and training
  • Review applicable data and information to find opportunities, lessons learned to support the development of effective training resources
  • Coordinate the deployment of training
  • Source training solutions from external vendors ensuring quality and value
  • Measure effectiveness of training activities
  • Craft, develop and facilitate training needs analysis and training plans
  • Track performance to plan, provide reports/data to leadership on status and effectiveness
  • Lead frequent training classes for new and existing represented and non- represented employees
  • Dynamically communicate Brownstown culture and expectations to onboarding employees
  • Additional Description

    Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management or Human Resources OR equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience curating training content/curriculum
  • Experience facilitating group training classes
  • Knowledge of GMS
