Salary: UH7 £37,099 to £40,521 pa with potential to progress to £44,263 pa by annual increments on achieving designated skills and experience
Annual Leave: 30 days plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days including the closure of our offices between Christmas and New Year

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated operational timetabling team leader with a strong track record in managing/promoting excellent service delivery.
Main duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for provision of operational timetabling data and system support, and development of the University's student timetables as per the strategic priorities. The Team Leader (Data and System Support) will also have line manager responsibility, and take responsibility for understanding the overall University timetabling requirements including the crossover impact of timetabling requests and changes on other Schools and academic programmes.
The postholder would have a robust approach to manage and coordinate data integrity for a high quality University timetable, and associated data reliance and use of resources, including the implementation of consistent processes, and effective problem-resolution, thus consistently achieving high standards of customer-focused services. The candidate will also be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing delivery of timetabling/engagement/attendance processes and systems to ensure future proofing, reliable and efficient operation of the University's timetabling and associated functions.
You will also deputise for colleagues and assist the Timetabling Experience Manager/Head of Learning and Teaching Spaces with varied statistical analysis, evaluation and procurement of any associated hardware/software solutions required for the development of the service.
Skills and experience required
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a ‘can do' approach to resolving problems and team leadership skills. You will have extensive knowledge/experience of providing excellent customer service standards and techniques with an understanding of its application. You must also be able to effectively engage with stakeholders to resolve conflict and/or collate, investigate, analyse and present information, via excellent oral or written communications to support University decision making.
Qualifications required
You will hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree, (or equivalent qualification) or proven experience.
