Responsibilities

Build the whole testing solution regarding test automation and performance testing based on business demands.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to verify the functionality and performance of software applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project-specific testing objectives and develop tailored test strategies

Perform thorough analysis of product specifications and collaborate with stakeholders to define project-specific testing objectives, and develop tailored test strategies and comprehensive test plans.

Execute automated test suites and analyze test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement.

Take ownership of the test automation process, continually optimizing and enhancing automated testing practices.

Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any testing-related issues or concerns.

Mentor and guide junior members of the test automation team, sharing best practices and knowledge.

Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills:

Solid testing experiences (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included functional, Non-UI testing, exploratory, etc.)

Extensive expertise in test automation frameworks and tools.

Good knowledge of Performance Testing, Database Testing and Mobile testing.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies

Willingness to learn new process, techniques and tools

Good client service mindset

Experience at communication (include English) - written and verbal

Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Good Team player and Presentation

Tools & Technologies:

Automation Tools (Master 2 of them): Selenium, Appium, Katalon, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, or relevant

Non-UI Test (Master 1 of them): JMeter, K6, LoadTest, Webload or relevant

Development Background (Competence 1 of them): C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, Groovy

Experience in cloud mobile platforms such as BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm, Kobiton

Experience in supporting tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, Docker, Kubernetes

Relevant Experience:

1.5+ Experiences leading and coaching member

5+ Experiences in software testing or relevance

3+ Experience in Test Automation and Performance Testing

Hands-on experiences with test tools
