What You'll Do

As a Technical Support Engineer you will play a critical role in providing technical support to all Aristocrat customers in Asia-Pacific, primarily focused on the Philippines region.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Installation of Electronic Gaming Machines in customer venues

  • Install link and system products, including Hyperlink, Mystery, Vertex, ONE LINK and Oasis 360

  • Update peripheral firmware, including bank note acceptors, printers, graphics servers

  • Pick-up faulty parts and delivery of replacements for parts

  • Log technical issues into Salesforce

  • Provide onsite and remote support for Philippines region

  • Visit customer premises to troubleshoot issues

  • Maintain strong customer relationships

  • What We're Looking For
  • Electro-mechanical service experience preferred

  • Experience in electrical gaming machine servicing and repairs

  • Background or qualifications in computer support and/or computer network systems

  • Experience with Philippines Gaming Authority (e.g. PAGCOR) is a plus

  • Must be physically capable of handling heavy equipment

  • Proven problem-solving ability and ability to adapt quickly to changing demands

  • Any leadership experience would be highly regarded

  • Hold a driver's license
