Technical Officer in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.:523024) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in Science or Engineering. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, competence in basic computing, and a diverse range of laboratory techniques. Experience in materials testing and hard tissue processing will be an advantage.

The appointee will work with a team of technicians. He/She will operate the materials testing system and hard tissue cutter and grinder.
