The University of Northampton is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Human Resources Department.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a member of the Human Resources senior leadership team. The post holder will provide effective, timely and inclusive recruitment and selection services across the University. In particular.

About You
You'll look beyond organisational boundaries to work with diverse talent pools, you will create and implement an effective talent strategy. This strategy will need to support end to end talent development activity, identifying and attracting the best talent and adding value to our employer brand.
You will have an excellent understanding of how to build organisational capability through effective talent management and have significant experience in designing and delivering inclusive selection methodologies. You will also be a confident communicator with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and customers, building effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
Desirable - A degree or professional qualification e.g., CIPD (or equivalent)
Human Resources
Human Resources are responsible for the development of the University's HR policies, strategies and procedures covering all aspects of people management, recruitment and selection, pay and conditions, management development and employment relations. The department is made up of the following teams: Corporate, Business Partnering, Payroll and Staff Development.

In 1924, Northampton Technical College was established and with constant evolution, the University of Northampton was founded in 2005 after the amalgamation of a host of training colleges. In the same year, it gained research degree awarding powers as well as full university status. Located in the beautiful town of Northampton, which is well-known for historic sites and museums, teaching at the University of Northampton is taken care of by four faculties in total, namely Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology, Faculty of Health and Society, Faculty of Business and Law and Faculty of Education and Humanities. presently, the university has around 14,000 students. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in diverse streams, apart from organizing different tutorials and seminars for the comprehensive development of the students. In addition, on an annual basis, over 1000 international students from more than 100 different countries enroll themselves with the University of Northampton for pursuing diverse courses.
