In this role, you will be responsible for monitor, resolve and drive continuous improvements regarding system integrations between ABB SAP system and 3rd Party Logistics(3PL) system, in Drives Products division in united states. You will serve as the key superuser to timely support system failure resolution and define long term process and solution.

Your responsibilities
  • Familiar with system integration setup between ABB SAP and 3PL; serve as the key superuser to conduct testing when solution changes or new solution rollout
  • Monitor daily failures and resolve failures in SAP or follow up with 3PL or other integration party contacts to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross function team members to identify if upstream or downstream impacted by system integration failures and best option to move forward if impacted
  • Drive continuous improvements in system integration gaps
  • Collaborate with other division similar role to share best practice and solutions to jointly achieve robust system integration between ABB and 3PL
  • Be able to create reports and review data to identify deviations and process gaps
  • Conduct training or information sharing sessions to each relevant business function when integration process changes
  • Your background
  • Bachelor degree and 5 years of relevant work experience or Associate degree and 7 years of relevant work experience or High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of relevant work experience required
  • Three or more years of experience in SAP or system integration support, working as a superuser or key user with procurement, production execution, quality management or inventory management highly preferred
  • Travel up to 10% required
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
