Supply Chain Warehousing & Logistics Business Analyst

As a key member of our Business Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including business, IT development, quality assurance, and the analytics community; to capture, prioritize, and document business requirements, systems, and process needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our strategy, defining critical metrics, and designing reporting and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data- driven insights, and design solutions that lead to tangible business outcomes.
  • Play a pivotal role in creating a comprehensive strategy, roadmap, and actionable plans for the analytics function.
  • Lead and deliver high-impact projects by effectively managing schedules, monitoring progress, and providing timely status reports to stakeholders.
  • Share your expertise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Manage project finances, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget adherence.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging solution trends within the domain, continuously enhancing your skills and enabling the team to develop their expertise.
  • Leads facilitation sessions with end users, asking probing questions to elicit business process discussion and capture process flow diagrams
  • Serves as the liaison between the business community and all IT Teams
  • Assist Business with Problem and Incident Management and lead planning to reduce problems/incidents
  • Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a business/systems analyst or product owner in the areas of Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics.
  • Strong business domain knowledge, particularly in the areas of business analytics, marketing data, and the automotive industry. Understanding the exponential changes within this domain is crucial for success.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Excel, and experience with Reporting Tool Consumption (e.g., Cognos, Tableau).
  • Thrives in a collaborative atmosphere and values the power of innovation driven by diverse viewpoints.
  • Hybrid Work Model:

    Position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time but the general expectation is that the employee be onsite an average of three (3) days each week
