You will also work collaboratively with team members and gain working knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, rules and requirements. To be successful you will have: High Quality customer service with demonstrated experience in coordinating a team. Excellent verbal and written communications skills appropriate for developing internal and external professional relationships. Proven ability to problem solve, analyse, interpret and report in accordance with policy, guidelines and procedures.
