Participate in assisting students through a range of organisational activities Build rapport with stakeholders to provide advice and feedback Opportunity to coordinate with a team and stakeholders The Role 1 x Continuing, Full Time 1 x Fixed Term (up to September 2024), Full Time Level 5 - $73,820 to $80,592 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Wagga Wagga As a Subject Administration Officer, you will work closely with academic staff to support subject administration through the management of University systems. You will also work collaboratively with team members and gain working knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, rules and requirements. To be successful you will have: High Quality customer service with demonstrated experience in coordinating a team. Excellent verbal and written communications skills appropriate for developing internal and external professional relationships. Proven ability to problem solve, analyse, interpret and report in accordance with policy, guidelines and procedures.
