Summary

We are seeking a driven Studio Project Manager for a hands-on role managing project delivery of our Game Studio based in Central London. Reporting to the Head of Studio Delivery, you will be responsible for the Game Portfolio Maintenance, including new market releases, games portfolio updates, new game features, framework updates and more. As the single point of contact for the Game Portfolio Maintenance, you will work closely with the studio teams as well as the project managers overviewing other departments to maintain risk, dependency and issues logs, record project costs, collect actual data and update project forecast. You will be a comfortable communicator with all company seniority levels, sharing information as well as providing regular project updates. As owner of the Game Portfolio Maintenance, you will be able to implement new processes and way of working, working closely with the rest of the studio, to maximize efficiency throughout the department.

What You'll Do

Manage multiple projects concurrently ensuring to:

Lock down scope, milestones and desired output working with Product, Studio Teams, Commercial, Tech, Compliance…

Create, implement and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, cost, risk, dependencies and issues

Provide regular communications to ensure visibility across the different part of the organisation

Work closely with the studio teams to ensure motivation and efficiency as well as get commitment on deliverables

Maintain the Game Portfolio ensuring to:

Keep an overall view of priority, deadlines and commitments of the Game Portfolio maintenance = big picture view

Work closely with the Studio Project Manager managing the project delivery of New Games to ensure overall Studio priority

Always learn, knowledge share and improve our ways of working

What We're Looking For

Demonstrate experience in taking the lead and drive projects forward in relatable industry

Working knowledge of Google sheets/Excel, Slides/Powerpoint, Confluence, Jira and ideally Monday.com

Must possess a high collaborative, flexible and low-ego presence as well as being driven and confident and be passionate about games
