This full-time permanent post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

Summary of the role

The University is looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity to support the development and delivery of our expanding range of non-traditional programmes, including those delivered entirely online, Degree Apprenticeship and flexible modular delivery (microcredential) programmes.

The Student Records Officer post offers an exciting opportunity to become involved with a range of activities within the Student Records and Education support teams. This role will support the annual lifecycle of the SITS data activity, leading on data quality and statutory data returns at key points through the academic year. Although expected to work flexibly across all Student Records activities, this role will have a focussed responsibility for inputting, coordinating, and monitoring processes, training and support of non-traditional University programmes.

In this role, you will undertake continuous review and assessment of procedural enhancements to streamline and improve data quality. You will have excellent IT, data analysis and organisational skills, including the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload. You will experience of managing and supporting large-scale databases and training others on processes.
