Student Records & Operations Manager, Academic Registry
At Loughborough University, we are seeking to grow and diversify our international student body, whilst building on our excellent international student experience. This is why we are looking for an exceptional individual to become a key specialist in our international student records and immigration compliance activities, alongside a broader portfolio of student related processes and events such as graduation.
Are you a proactive and organised team-player, with an interest in the continuous improvement of services? Do your strong analytical skills and eye for detail set you apart from your counterparts? Do you enjoy using your excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to get the best outcome for a range of stakeholders, whilst managing and prioritising a varied workload?
If you have answered yes to all these questions, you are exactly who we are looking for and we can't wait to read your application.
At Loughborough University we are committed to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and making the University a place where both students and staff feel valued and are able to realise their full potential. You will therefore appreciate the importance of EDI and be committed to its advancement.
This is a varied role which offers the opportunity to focus on immigration compliance and records management whilst also developing expertise in a range of other areas, including staff management and student casework. You will also play a leading role in the preparation and delivery of international student registration and graduation ceremonies.
This is an excellent opportunity either for an experienced individual, or for someone keen to pursue a career in higher education administration and management. Your critical role as an immigration compliance and graduation specialist will have a major positive impact on large numbers of students and staff. We encourage you to join our collaborative and supportive team environment, where you can develop and learn about the University's diverse student activity.

In addition to working for an employer of choice on our stunning East Midlands campus, we offer an excellent range of benefits to our employees and pride ourselves on being family friendly.
