An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stores Assistant, to join the Estate Facilities team.

The role is part of the Central Delivery Service. The role holder will:

  • receive deliveries for the site departments and users and record and deliver across the site in a timely manner (within 4 hours or sooner).
  • collect and collate items from the departments for collection by third party carriers.
  • keep up to date electronic records of all goods in and out of the site ensuring all items collected or delivered are signed for on the online management system.
  • carry out with the fire, water and emergency light testing within the designated area of responsibility.
  • ensures the areas within the stores and the external areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • The hours of operation are 7am to 5pm on alternating shifts 07:00 to 15:30 and 08:30 to 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch.
