Statutory Reporting Intern

Description

  • Collate all existing trackers from different POCs
  • Understand how the trackers are being updated including pain points and inefficiencies
  • Create a simplified/centralized dashboard that will reflect the Statutory team metrics
  • Reduce or minimize the manual effort in updating or tracking the activities (both preparer and leads)
  • Work with Continuous Improvement team and Stat POC on how to create a dashboard using the available solutions/tools
  • Lead / participate in engagement activities of GBS and Statutory Reporting
  • Present the results to GBS Leadership
  • Create a quick guide how to use, update and navigate the dashboard
  • Deploy the dashboard to Statutory team
  • Additional Description

    Qualifications:

  • Must be a 3rd or 4th year college student of Accountancy, Finance or equivalent, with internship as official undergraduate requirement.
  • Must have good analytical thinking skills
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Must be willing to work hybrid (onsite and remote)
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
  • Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
