Role overview

Fisker Group Inc. is searching for an IT Network Operations Manager, in this role you will lead a team of IT Infra Staff, supporting multiple sites globally connected. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to be on-site some of the time in the Global Offices when and if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, establish priorities, develop standards, and set deadlines.

  • Manage vendors and contractors.

  • Develop, deploy and manage integrated voice and data network, including phone systems, call center systems, SDWAN, VPN, wireless networks, cabling infrastructure.

  • Budget and purchasing recommendations for capacity planning in order to provide a steady, cost-effective infrastructure to meet business goals.

  • Requirements

  • 10+ years' supporting/managing network infrastructure and telecom operations.

  • Previous Networking Team Management with direct reports.

  • Cloudstrong with the latest understanding of ISO/SOC compliance

  • Experience with IP Networks, Subnetting, VLANs, firewalls, switches, routers, wireless LAN controllers, VPN, Load Balancer, Web Application Firewall and other network equipment.

  • WAN/SDWAN design/configuration.

  • Experience working in an enterprise on-prem/cloud environment.

  • Expected Salary Range : $110,000 -$145,000 a year.

    Additional compensation : Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
