Manage vehicle flows from central and local hubs to the home of Fisker customers in destinations across Switzerland

Recommend improvements to existing or planned home delivery processes

Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers

Work closely together with our Sales, Aftersales and Logistics Departments as well as our Logistics Service Providers in Switzerland

Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and services within budget

Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transportation costs

Interpret data on logistics elements such as availability, reliability, supply chain management and provider's information

Recommend optimal transport modes, routes, and frequency

Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with this position

Bachelor's degree or apprenticeship with a focus on the Automotive Sector or Logistics

Prior experience (1-4 years) of working in logistics/supply chain/ transportation function within the automotive or manufacturing environment with comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes

Knowledge of principles for moving vehicles by rail and road along with White Glove Services (experience in delivering new or used vehicles to end customers)

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English, other European languages are a plus

IT systems experience and knowledge on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as well as customer data systems

Knowledge of insurance or technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations, including legal requirements is a plus

Advanced Excel skills along with good utilization of MS Office
