Role Overview
We're seeking a CRM/Lifecycle Marketing Specialist with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our Munich-based European headquarters or another Fisker location in Europe. In this role, you'll oversee CRM campaigns (email, push, and SMS) in European regions, contributing to the development and execution of Fisker's CRM strategy. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base, enhancing engagement along the customer journey, and driving sales.
You'll shape the customer journey using Salesforce's Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud, leveraging your digital marketing skills to boost our growth. Your role will revolve around using data insights and a consumer-centric approach to elevate email marketing and other CRM activities.

What you will do:
Lead collaborative efforts with CRM team and cross-functional teams to execute innovative digital marketing using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Take charge of Salesforce Marketing content deployment, create engaging lifecycle journeys, automate campaigns, and design attractive landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud.
Utilize HTML, CSS, and AMPscript to code highly personalized email templates and landing pages.
Leverage automation in Salesforce Marketing & Commerce Cloud to curate targeted campaigns for enhanced customer experiences.
Analyze campaign success using KPIs, extract data-driven insights, and optimize digital marketing strategies.
Foster seamless collaboration with design, development, and analytics teams for integrated execution.
Ensure data quality in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud by refining and enriching customer data for accuracy and reliability.
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
You have 2-6 years of experience in CRM / Email Marketing ideally in an international environment and across different markets
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
You have hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar), campaign messaging, marketing automation, A/B testing and campaign analysis
You have a good knowledge of HTML, CSS and AMPscript
You have fun working with data and can interpret customer behaviour into actions to improve our campaigns and communicate insights effectively
You communicate fluently in English and in at least one other European language
You have a strong sense of ownership
