DUTIES

TRU's Williams Lake campus is located approximately three hours northwest of Kamloops, in the heart of the scenic Cariboo region, on T'exelcemc territory within the unceded traditional lands of the Secwepemc Nation.

The Thompson Rivers University School of Nursing is looking for faculty to teach HEAL 1300 - Practice Experience in Multi-Level and/or Complex Care for the Williams Lake HCA Program as follows:

HEAL 1300: 210 hours Jun 19 to Jul 26, 2024

QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters required, Masters in progress may be considered • We welcome applications from candidates with their BScN (or LPN with 5 years experience in Long Term Care, in a nurse/client relationship). The non- qualified language would apply if successful. • Undergraduate degree must be in nursing; • Practicing membership with BCCNM required; • Teaching experience at the program level preferred; and/or • Minimum 2 years' experience in Long Term Care, in a nurse/client relationship.

$93.77 - $93.77 ( Sessional Faculty - Vocational non-trades (per hour) )
