The Opportunity
Join our team as a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Leadership and Executive Education (LEE) group within the Faculty of Business and Economics and be a driving force behind the advancement of excellence in teaching and learning. In this collaborative role, you will contribute actively to program design and development, as well as delivering engaging and effective teaching.
Reporting to the Course Director, you'll take the lead in shaping program design and delivery for Monash Online Education postgraduate units and ancillary programs. Your commitment to the scholarship of teaching will play a crucial role in elevating the University's educational standards. Collaborating closely with other academic staff, you will also progressively gain autonomy as your skills and experience flourish.

As the ideal candidate, you will bring proven abilities in motivating, engaging, and inspiring students, along with a strong track record of program development in tertiary education. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively will make you an integral part of our team. Moreover, your knowledge of contemporary pedagogies, online and blended learning methods, and familiarity with university structures and operations will be highly valued.
