Our Enrolment team within Student Shared Services is seeking a Senior Student Administration Officer to provide specialised, higher level or escalated student administration, advisory and/or transactional services.
Working in this busy and fast-paced role, you will:
You will have experience in supporting students and in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, as well as ability to quickly learn new processes and systems. You are highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, and able to manage high volume workload to deliver to deadlines.
You have strong communications skills to engage with and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
