This position leads the strategic management of student and academic administration activities within the Business School. The Senior Manager assists the School Manager and Director of Teaching and Learning to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the portfolio and advises on resourcing as required. The Senior Manager has effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the School, the Faculty of Business Economics and Law and the University; develops strategic business development cases and reports; and manages a large high performing team to deliver high quality student and academic services.

At HEW level 9, the full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $123,496.74 - $130,685.52 plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be up to $144,491.19 - $152,902.06 annually. As this role is covered by an Enterprise Agreement, you will also receive regular remuneration increases – at least once a year.About You
