About the position
This position presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a School that has an outstanding reputation for teaching and research excellence, for research translation and for building strong relationships with industry.
The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum development in fields of Management or Human Resource Management and will coordinate subjects at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Fostering excellence in teaching and learning and assuring the quality of the academic programs within the School are key requirements of this role. The successful candidate will also undertake impactful research, publish in ABDC A and A / top 10% Q1 journals, generate external research income and facilitate links between the School and industry.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have an excellent record in curriculum development and teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the field of Management or Human Resource Management and will have an established program of research featuring publications in high quality journals (ABDC Aand A / top 10% Q1 journals) on themes related to Management or Human Resource Management. The successful candidate will possess excellent academic administration skills and understand the needs of a diverse range of students. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collegially are key requirements of this role.
