Responsibilities
If you are a highly motivated IT professional with a passion for
infrastructure administration and possess a strong background in network
architecture, server management, and storage systems, we encourage you to
apply for the position of Senior IT Engineer. Join our dynamic team and

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain network architecture, ensuring high
availability, scalability, and security.
Manage and administer servers, including installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting of hardware and software components.
Monitor server performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary
optimizations.
Oversee storage systems, including capacity planning, data backup, and
disaster recovery procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT
infrastructure strategies and solutions.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and
best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network,
server, and storage systems.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff, sharing knowledge and
best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends,
recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
At least a total of 5 years of experience including 03 years of
experience working on the core tasks.
Proven experience as a Senior IT Engineer or similar role, with a focus
on infrastructure administration, network architecture, protocols, and
security principles.
Expertise in server administration, including installation, configuration,
and maintenance of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in managing storage systems, such as SAN, NAS, and RAID
configurations.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and
cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Solid understanding of backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex
technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and
staying updated with industry advancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or equivalent are
a plus.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios,
SolarWinds).
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for
automation and configuration management.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
