    The Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC) is a world leader in injury prevention research and training. Through excellence in injury prevention research and translation, MUARC supports, challenges and engages citizens, communities, governments and industry to eliminate injury from all causes. One of the world's most comprehensive injury prevention research institutions, our multidisciplinary researchers provide evidence-based solutions to real-world problems. The research is extensive but their goal is quite simple: we strive to make people safer.

    The Opportunity

    We have a new opportunity within the Accident Research Centre for an experienced Senior Communications and Public Relations Coordinator to manage the outcomes and impacts of MUARC's research and education to a wide and varied audience.

    A focus of the role is being responsible for research translation and coordinating, creating and delivering a range of communications content and collateral to support MUARC's marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement objectives.

    The successful candidate will have the ability to proactively engage with both internal and external stakeholders and produce targeted media campaigns and engaging content for a range of digital and print channels. This individual will ensure consistency in all communications and apply high-level professional, journalistic and presentation standards.
