Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Planning, the Senior Architect will provide best practice architectural services to support the management of the design and planning team to deliver the University Infrastructure strategy.
Key accountabilities include:
You will have a Degree in Architecture and/or equivalent related discipline. With extensive knowledge and application of AutoCAD, you also have a deep knowledge and experience using Sketch Up, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
You have experience leading and developing a diverse, high-performing team, and enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment. You take pride in your ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate your excellent architectural design and technical skills through a portfolio of successful projects with recent whole of project involvement from inception to completion.

The Property team are responsible for Macquarie University owned and leased assets. The team consists of three main areas, including Strategy and Planning, Project Management and Client and Facility Services. Together we plan, design, deliver and maintain the infrastructure to meet our client's needs for all University infrastructure.
