    The Opportunity

    Join the Faculty of Arts as School Executive Coordinator where you will play a pivotal role in providing an array of high-level administrative and coordination services to support the Head of School and School Manager in executing various strategies, programs and initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with internal partners to ensure the School's smooth and professional operation.

    Responsibilities encompass coordinating casual and sessional appointments, including timesheet administration, maintaining the School's website and intranet and delivering executive-level support to committees and working groups. The role also extends to OHS, project and event support and entails various general administrative duties to meet the operational demands of the School and the broader Faculty.

    We are seeking someone with a proven background in executive support services, in a complex and busy environment as well as strong administrative skills.
