  • Knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of business support software including word, spread-sheeting, database systems and email.
  • Proven planning and organisational skills with an ability to work with minimal supervision, resolve problems and maintain attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including an ability to liaise with a diverse group of internal and external clients.
  • Providing professional administrative support to staff and clients including the prioritisation and time management of work activities.
