Greenwich Business School at the University of Greenwich is seeking to recruit a full time Faculty Research Programme Administrator on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will provide a high standard of administrative support to key programme administration related activities ensuring an efficient and effective service to research students, from their initial contact and interest in studying with Greenwich Business School through to graduation.
This is a key customer care role requiring a caring and empathetic attitude to student queries and concerns.
This student facing role combines the need for excellent administrative skills, an organised approach, attention to detail, and the ability to develop good relationships with university students and staff.
Greenwich Business School is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich and provides a wide range or postgraduate and undergraduate programmes.
Greenwich Business School is located on the Greenwich Maritime Campus, a UNESCO world heritage site. We seek to recruit a colleague willing to work with a diverse group of students and academic staff.
The post-holder must be able to work as part of a team to ensure that the wider administrative tasks within the Research Team are achieved.

The University of Greenwich was established in 1890 at Woolwich Polytechnic and received its first CGLI certificate in 1892. In 1992, the institution gained the status of a university and was renamed as the University of Greenwich.
