We are delighted to be recruiting a Research Culture Project Manager to deliver a range of initiatives to enhance the research culture within the Faculty of Medicine.

Working closely with our Faculty Lead for Research Culture this role will encompass:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creating a positive research culture. You will be able to operate with minimal supervision, managing your own workload to both deliver changes that enhance our research culture and track ongoing activities. skills required are:
About the post
The post is offered at 0.2fte. Flexibility regarding the working pattern is available, subject to line manager approval. You will be based as Southampton General Hospital with the opportunity for hybrid working following a period of induction and subject to line manager approval.
