We are looking for a Registry Services Officer to join our Academic Registry team.

The Academic Registry is a key, central professional service. Our operational services and academic policy work contribute significantly to University life and to the development of learning and teaching.

Registry Services Officers provide essential administrative and project support within our busy department, and you will use your proven administrative experience across the range of our services.

In your role you will be assigned to the Academic Quality & Standards team in Academic Registry to support and coordinate different projects across of the breadth of the work of the team, including Curriculum Transformation and Degree Apprenticeships.

  • use your existing strengths every day
  • develop new skills and expertise by being a key part of the work we do
  • be passionate about improving our services by turning plans into action
  • recognise the priorities in your own independent work and support BAU and projects across the team.
  • You should be comfortable with learning, using and developing our range of systems and processes, as well as sharing knowledge with colleagues across the University.

In 2012, the university began a three-year campus improvement project to improvise and expand student accommodation, teaching space, and a £10million arts centre. The university has invested over £450 million on its campus over the last decade.

    In 2015, the university inaugurated a specialized area for arts, education, and events. The University of Bath has a well-built infrastructure with all the essential facilities and amenities a student will require. The university gives equal focus on sports and offers one of the best sports facilities in the UK. The university-based athletes won six medals in the 2016 Rio Olympics.

    Almost one-fourth of the students enrolled are from outside the UK, so, the university offers a perfect internationally diverse experience. Airbus, World Bank, Nike, Ford, and Rolls Royce are some of the industry leaders, which collaborate with the university.
