Job description
The Temporary Staff Bank offers an opportunity for individuals to provide short term, ad hoc support across the University of Exeter.
We are seeking to appoint for the role below and if successful you will be engaged on a casual worker basis in accordance with the University's casual workers terms and conditions. You will be required to submit timesheets for each week worked in order to be paid and will receive your pay one full month in arrears.
Job Summary:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join PS Connect on a temporary basis, working Full Time from home.
This temporary role is from ASAP to Friday 17th November 2023
To work in partnership with college and department recruiting managers taking lead responsibility for the day to day recruitment and administration of both new and replacement roles, supporting recruiting managers to attract and select the right person for every role. To deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
Please find a Job Description attached for your convenience. As this is a temporary role, the individual would not be doing all of these duties.
The main function would be to support the Leads/Co-ordinators in the team with the process side of the role, e.g., raising ESR1's for recruitment approval, advertising roles, closing roles etc. There may also be a need to support the recruitment admin team depending on volumes across the team.
