We have a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic and proven receptionist to join Aston University's Campus Safety portfolio in a full-time role. Directed by the Head of Campus Safety through the Campus Safety Operations Manager you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for most of our university users, through reception and switchboard service.
Dynamic and personable individuals, our Receptionists at Aston University serve as the front-line ambassadors of the university. The reception team plays a pivotal role in fostering a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for students, staff, and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our vibrant campus community and contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative services
As a Receptionist/Switchboard team member, you will work as part of a small team in an efficient, pleasant, informative and speedy manner to operate a telephone exchange and ensure our brand reputation with the highest customer service etiquette. Reception duties are also required and the ability to handle face-to-face enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner is extremely important.
