Responsibilities

Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies

Participate in schema and data modeling design sessions

Implement clean code and adhere to coding best practices and standards

Provide test coverage for implemented code

Perform code reviews

Maintain and support current implementations of ongoing applications and products

Follow required change and configuration management processes

Research and resolve production issues utilizing critical and logical thinking

Perform and support application deployments on lower and production environments as needed

Qualifications

1+ years of working experience with Python development

Experience with SQL databases

Experience with one Python web framework such as Django/ Flask, etc.

Have good knowledge and experience with databases (MongoDB, or any relational databases)

Good knowledge of web service development (RESTful)

Familiar with the Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)

Nice to have

Experience in working with modern data technologies, including Spark, Airflow, or Kafka

Experience with PowerBI

Experience in microservices and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
