Project Manager

Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative and Design, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy services to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.

About The Role

The Project Manager plays a vital role in managing client projects and ongoing internal account processes by being the key communicator throughout the life of the account. This position is responsible for kicking off new projects, onboarding new clients, managing internal team and client expectations, and holding the team accountable for delivering all projects on time.

You are the glue of all projects and recurring client milestones. You communicate well with internal team members establishing trust and clarity. You collaborate with your teammates to ensure timelines are as actionable as they are impressive. You are the first person to alert the team if a project is in danger of moving beyond its original scope of work or beyond the agreed- upon timeline. You are detail-obsessed, people-first, and success-focused.

Roles & Responsibilities
 Lead and manage internal cross-functional teams during the account lifecycle for key projects and ongoing client milestones. This includes but is not limited to, client onboarding, creative, digital content, quarterly and annual client report builds, and other process needs. 
 Liaise with internal operations leadership on project and client account needs
 Execute the project by overseeing its daily progress and assisting team members with performing project-related tasks.
 Communicate directly with clients when necessary around timelines, processes & deliverables.
 Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and deliverable reviews as well as collaborate with internal operations partners on project planning to meet client goals. 
 Work with the Director of Project Management or VP to develop or customize any project-specific projects, needs or goals Identify skills and specialties of their team members to s assign the right people to the right tasks

What you offer
 Fluent Englisb-3 years of experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital space.
 Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
 A strong understanding of agency processes, including creative production, paid media, and digital builds.
 Strong communication skills with a cool, calm, and collected approach to problem-solving.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentStrong self-awareness and people-management skillsGood to have: B2B / SaaS experience

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company we primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.
