Your Role:

As the Project Manager FPO Engagement Specialist, you will work on the Futurist Product Officer Program and fulfil the program objectives in user engagement. The FPOs contribute to the creation of the future of mobility by joining product testing, feedback, new ideas generation and communication. We aim to fully involve our users and fans to help improve our products and technologies through their feedbacks and ideas. You will also be responsible for growing a community of likeminded people and build brand advocacy and positive word of mouth for FF.

With an eye for quality, and a penchant for storytelling, the FPO community Engagement Specialist will always seek out creative ways to engage with users and fans with various interests, collaborate with FF designers and engineers to come up with innovative creative assets, unique and targeted messaging, and an unconventional approach to distribution on social and digital platforms. Work with industries best experts in designing testing programs and translate user's insights into actionable product insights and drive product development based on user's input.

This role will involve extensive cross-functional team interaction, so excellent personal communication skills in a matrixed environment are key. If you are a go-getter with experience in analyzing the consumer experience, this is the role for you.

Basic Qualification:

  • Online Blog owner/moderator or social media owner: 4 years
  • Video filming and production: 2 years
  • Social media marketing: 2 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or New Media and 2+ years minimum, Proven track record of growing an online community from the ground up
  • Preferred Qualification:

  • 7 years of multidisciplinary creative experience, including blog posts, graphic design, illustration, and video editing.
  • Experience sharing updates on YouTube with sizable following (possible topics include stories about Faraday Future's production of FF 91)
  • Experience extracting a story from a week of raw footage or editing a visual montage (and understanding how the right balance of sound, motion and music can effectively convey a feeling)
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), DaVinci Resolve
  • A strong reel of video and visual storytelling projects, with an eye for excellence in detail and beauty
  • You relate to the wider creative community and in touch with trends while relying on your best ideas.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
  • Always push your craft, experimenting with new and better ways to convey a message through visual or verbal tone
  • Thrive on solving problems in an ambiguous and complex environment
  • Annual Salary Range:

    ($102,500 to $128,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
