Project Associate in the Department of Professional Legal Education (Ref.: 523017) (to commence as soon as possible till June 30, 2024)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSCEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics OR a recognized Bachelor's degree. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal and communication skills; high level of organizational and problem-solving skills; good IT proficiency; and the ability to handle multi-tasks. They should also be attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The appointee will assist in programme administration, including but not limited to programme promotion, websites advancement and formulation of work practices, general support for programme administration and development as well as daily operation of the Faculty and other duties as assigned. He/She will also provide general support for administration and development of the Faculty. He/She can gain on-the-job experience on programme planning, management and administration; event organization; data collection and analysis; programme administration; and other programme-related duties.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
