Project Associate (2 posts) in the Faculty of Law (Ref.: 522996) (to commence as soon as possible till June 30, 2024)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics OR a recognized Bachelor's degree. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal and communication skills; high level of organizational and problem-solving skills; good IT proficiency; and the ability to handle multi-tasks. They should also be attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

For post (A) , the appointee will assist in programme administration, including but not limited to programme promotion, websites advancement and formulation of work practices, general support for programme administration and development as well as daily operation of the Faculty and other duties as assigned. He/She will also involve in Faculty's strategic planning projects and provide general support for administration and development of the Faculty. He/She can gain on-the-job experience on faculty planning, management and administration; event organization; data collection and analysis; proposal writing; programme administration; financial accounting and budgeting, and other Faculty-related duties.

For post (B) , the appointee will assist in IT projects and multimedia development for learning design projects, including website design, graphics and video production, maintaining learning environment facilities and services. He/She can gain on-the-job experience on website design; graphics and video production; and other Faculty-related duties.
