Educated to Degree level +, or equivalent work experience, you will have extensive in-depth experience of HR programme delivery, including risk mitigation and issue resolution and credibility working within formal governance structures such as board and audit committees is key to the role.
This role will be pivotal in collaboration across the University and will require numerous successful interactions and engagement with a variety of stakeholders of significant seniority (including PVCs, Heads of School, etc.). Furthermore, the role will need to leverage the expertise within the University's devolved structure to drive a unified direction for the programme to enable successful implementation and adoption.
This is an exciting role to make a real difference to some of the top people priorities for the University. Apply today to join us!
