Job Description:

The Center for Community & Professional Education's Program Coordinator is responsible for a variety of processes pertaining to the enrollment of students in courses and programming offered through the Center for Community and Professional Education.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Process registrations, confirmations, cancellations, and refunds

Answer CCPE and Veritas phone lines and email accounts, respond to inquiries, take registrations, handle complaints, keep students & faculty updated when changes occur

Create and maintain department information on campus-wide computer system and Excel spreadsheets

Assist in coordinating all activities and classes sponsored by the Veritas Society, which includes processing registrations, confirmations, evaluations and reports

Track enrollments and reconcile revenue statements pertaining to Online courses

Assist with marketing preparing content and creating eblasts, mail merge, digital ads

Prepare materials for programming and compile course evaluation results

Maintain the Continuing Education and Veritas Society web page and Facebook page

Assist and support the Director of Continuing Education in all functions of the department

Requirements:

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Conscientious about attending to detail

Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Good phone etiquette and customer service skills, able to work and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds

Able to work independently, proactive, able to prioritize, and adaptable in fast pace environment

Associates Degree

Minimum of 2 years in an office setting

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
