Product Manager

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to grow ownership and leadership skills in high- growth digital advertising. As a Product Manager you will immediately own over $30m revenue a year with products that drive sales at a specific location as well as drive sales in a product category. These are adopted by some of the world's largest brands using display, video and Connected TV advertising to promote specific categories in a business or promote a specific dealership/location. You will partner with sales and clients to continue enhancing these products. This is a sales-facing product role more focused on go-to-market and strategy. It's not a technical product role coding or building things.

There will be additional ownership opportunity as Epsilon continues to build new products in fast evolving digital landscape (especially in upcoming cookieless world). Building business cases will be important to ensure the go-to-market, the features and the differentiation result in a profitable, high-growth product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to prioritize product enhancements that would include a 1-2 year roadmap.
  • Generate data-driven business cases on the long-term vision of the product. Success will require ongoing innovation from your ideas.
  • Responsible for competitive positioning, industry thought leadership, support in creating marketing content and evolving solutions based on market / competitive landscape changes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and, specifically to support sales and client needs. You will need to provide guidance to sales & operations if questions about your products.
  • Communicate to engineering the marketer need and vision of the product. Note: This role does not define ‘how' to build the solution. In fact, don't need to code anything. Rather, this role is advocating ‘why' and providing vision to engineers who will build it.
  • Job Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in programmatic/digital marketing. Ideally in a product role.
  • Experience with local, geo-targeted and/or franchisee marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Experience developing the competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies of a client-facing solution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. Startup experience and/or launching new product will be valued
  • Ability to analyze market place especially competitive offerings to identify differentiated features
  • Inherent passion about technology and marketing.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional team members without formal authority.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Travel – less than 15%.
