Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to verify the
functionality, performance, and security of software applications.
Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to understand project
requirements and provide input on testability.
Perform thorough analysis of product specifications to create
comprehensive test plans and strategies.
Execute automated test suites and analyze test results, identifying
defects and areas for improvement.
Take ownership of the test automation process, continually optimizing and
enhancing automated testing practices.
Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide project
updates, and address any testing-related issues or concerns.
Mentor and guide junior members of the test automation team, sharing best
practices and knowledge.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Having +8 years of professional experience in test automation. Experience
with mobile testing is a must-have.
Proven expertise in developing and maintaining automated test scripts
using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, or C#).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
interact directly with clients and internal teams.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile
methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Having experience/knowledge of BFSI industry is a plus
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Katalon is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium) are a bonus.
Fluent in English, have experience in working directly with global clients
