Pre-Sales Support Specialist

About the Opportunity

The Pre-Sales Support Specialist position will support the Data sales team within Epsilon, specifically the new business sellers. This role will be responsible for day-to-day prospect identification, prospect research, will work with multiple internal systems, will assist with ongoing account creation/maintenance within Salesforce.com, will manage contract flow process and work on miscellaneous ad-hoc requests. The role will be managed within the sales organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospect Identification
  • Prospect Research
  • Prospect Report Generation
  • Work with multiple internal systems in support of the sellers prospecting efforts
  • Assist sales by performing pre-sales tasks for a team of sellers
  • Provide support by assisting with sales procedures and customer requests
  • Responsible for submitting Know Your Customer artifacts to Compliance
  • Research prospect questions
  • Review status and tracking of associated agreements with legal
  • Be liaison with legal to work through contract process
  • Help generate new contracts and submit to legal as needed
  • Salesforce management
  • Special ad hoc projects
  • Technical Requirements

  • Familiarity in working with various systems; Salesforce.com, ZOOMInfo, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Aptitude for quickly learning technical concepts
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or related 1-5 years of business experience
  • Financial analysis experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong aptitude to handle multiple projects involving different teams.
  • Must be detailed-oriented and possess good organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail
  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000
