Responsibilities: Within prescribed guidelines and specifications, assist the Event Services staff in the set-up of events. Transports tables, chairs, and equipment as necessary to facilitate the setup of events. Assures that cleanliness, hygiene and safety factors are in place for each event. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Work schedule will vary, not to exceed 26 hours per designated workweek, which is Saturday through Friday.

Minimum Requirements: 1. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required. 2. A minimum of one (1) year employment experience in facilities set up (to include space configuration, loading and storing heavy furniture and equipment, or similar experience) is preferred. 3. Experience in operating fork lift, boom lift, and similar equipment is strongly preferred. 4. General knowledge in building/equipment repair and maintenance is preferred. 5. Must possess exceptional customer service, time management and detail- orientation skills. 6. Must possess a current and valid Texas driver's license and be insurable under UMHB auto coverage.

Salaries and Benefits: Salary is commensurate with experience. Part time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
